Très bel accueil à la réception le soir et le matin. Équipe agréable à l’écoute. Très belle chambre propre et très bien équipée. Calme assuré en plein Paris. J’y retournerai.

A good value short stay in a clean hotel. I booked their parking but struggled to find the actual spot in the garage. Returned and got refunded. Plenty of spaces right outside the hotel on-street. Overnight parking is free (8pm-9am) so that was a bonus. No problems. Average breakfast. If you are a light sleeper avoid rooms 1 and 2 on the ground floor as the noise from reception starts early. A quick, functional stop, with no complaints!

L'emplacement, le calme et la simplicité de l'endroit sont appréciables. MAIS. Car il y a un MAIS. Si vous réservez par le site Accor, la taxe de séjour vous sera facturée sur place. En mars, elle frôlait les 15 € par nuit pour une personne. Quand même... Beaucoup de clients font la grimace. Les réceptionnistes doivent faire un gros efforts de pédagogie. Pas toujours simple. Accor doit simplifier tout cela !

Bagno angusto, riscaldamento inefficiente, pulizia o cambio asciugamani solo a pagamento. Frigo presente ma con forte puzza all'interno. Mancata manutenzione degli armadi o arredi in generale. Unica nota positiva vicino alla fermata metro Philippe Auguste.

Vlakbij een metrostation, dus heel Parijs binnen een half uur te bereiken. Goed schoon appartementje. Had 'uitstekend' gekregen als de lift niet kapot was geweest en de kluis had gewerkt (dame bij de receptie: 'oh ja, al die kluisjes hebben problemen').

Excellent location—very close proximity to the Philippe Auguste metro stop, line 2. Very helpful and friendly staff. My room was well appointed and recently updated. Great price! Note there is no air conditioning but there was a fan in my room and three huge windows. The weather was cold and rainy during my visit, so I can’t speak to how comfortable one would be during hot weather. Feedback on two items: shelves or drawers needed to put clothes and the fan needed a deep clean. I had my clothes folded and placed on most of the flat surfaces in the room. If it was hot enough to use the fan, I would have notified the front desk to clean it or replace it before I would use it. This property had a significant impact on how much I enjoyed my stay in Paris!
