It's right next to the metro bibliotheque. It's very convenient to travel. The family room is a bit crowded. It's very cramped with children and suitcases, but it's clean and the service is good.

Very pleasant welcome with early check-in without difficulty. Ideal location close to the Accor Arena and close to the metro. Hotel under construction (from the morning...) but it is nice that you have a renovated room. The Privilege room that I had at my disposal was spacious, very nicely decorated, with a well-appointed bathroom. Minibar and coffee machine. Excellent bedding. No upgrade with the ALL card, no welcome attention and we had to ask for the drink voucher (never very pleasant…). Very cold room, shower also, impossible to increase the temperature (and my colleague had the same feeling in another room). Breakfast OK for a Mercure but nothing exceptional. Friendly staff every time, even the night staff! Quick check-out. Enjoy your stay, but we will regret the lack of consideration of Accor status...

Good sized clean room. Comfortable bedding and low noise. Too bad for the parking lot which was still under construction 🚧 The 5 stars is for the reception staff who are in the true sense of the customer, pleasant and smiling 👍 Hotel well located to get to the Arena agreement on foot.
