Great Location, next to the metro, very convenient for traveling, pretty much city center. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is clean and neat. Amenity will be offered on your request. Only missing is in-room slippers.

Es increíble que un hotel de esta cadena tenga un mantenimiento tan deficiente. A mi amiga se le cayó el techo del baño en la cabeza, si bien le dieron asistencia médica el tema pudo ser muy muy grave. Cuando uno busca un hotel de cadena espera tener la calidad que anuncian y eso incluye el mantenimiento de las instalaciones.

Je tiens à exprimer ma grande satisfaction concernant mon récent séjour dans votre établissement. La chambre que j'ai occupée était spacieuse, offrant un très bon rapport qualité-prix et bénéficiant d'un bel emplacement. De plus, le personnel était vraiment au top, en particulier Daisy. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir séjourner chez vous à l'avenir. Cependant, je tiens à souligner quelques points à améliorer. Tout d'abord, j'ai remarqué que la chambre ne disposait pas de peignoirs ni de chaussons, ce qui aurait été apprécié. De plus, la qualité du service de ménage laissait à désirer, avec des cheveux retrouvés dans les draps et ces derniers n'ont pas été changés jusqu'à ce que j'en fasse la demande. En vous remerciant pour votre attention à ces points, je reste persuadé que vous prendrez les mesures adéquates pour améliorer encore l'expérience de vos clients.

A very nice hotel with lovely staff on a convenient location for eating out and getting around Paris. We stayed with 8 other members of the family one thing I would say is there is quite a different in the size of the rooms. The hotel staff were very nice, breakfast was much better than I was expecting and the location beside a tube station was so handy. In a city with very expensive hotel rooms I feel for the money it was very good and I would have no hesitation in returning. It isn’t a luxury hotel but how much time are you going to spend in your hotel when in Paris
