So-so, except for the service attitude. The hotel facilities are too dilapidated, the traffic vistas are far away from the urban area, and it is not very convenient to eat and buy things around. Fortunately, there is a subway station at the door.

Première chambre, télévision en panne, pas de soucis on nous change de chambre. Seconde chambre plus petite mais la télévision fonctionne. Petit déjeuné plus d’orange à presser donc pas de jus d’orange…,. 16h on se repose avec mon conjoint dans la chambre, le service d’étage entre dans la chambre sans s’annoncer ou frapper à la porte…. Le pire pas de climatisation, la réception nous explique qu’elle sera fonctionnelle à partir de mi mai. En attendant 28 degrés dans la chambre située plein sud. Pour dormir il faut ouvrir les fenêtres qui malheureusement donne sur la rue qui est très bruyante donc très très mauvaise nuit. Décevant pour un 4 étoiles, comment peut-on laisser des chambre sans climatisation !!!! Préférez d’autres hôtels qui eux sauront anticiper la météo

Poor service, you are put under pressure to cancel your room because of a credit card problem, the bartender talks with his colleagues two minutes after 11 p.m. and explains to you that he will not serve you, and so on. A sense of customer service that borders on absolute zero.

Very friendly welcome. Arriving around 8:30 p.m., the receptionist gave very good advice. The establishment is warm and very clean. Certainly the rooms are not very large for a Mercure but still larger than the rooms by Parisian standards. Good breakfast
