I read a lot of reviews from this hotel it was all negative reviews. I was worried what i booked but i went there from 4th April 23. Location is good, the room is good size for two person. Hotel is clean and staff is very helpful

Accessible hotel with very tiny rooms (with even tinier bathrooms) which aren't well soundproofed so you can pretty clearly hear the other guests in the corridors and other rooms. The AC/aeration didn't work in my room so it was very hot and stuffy particularly after a shower, forcing me to open the window. Also good to know that the Wifi is really sub-par and does not allow to work if you need to do video or audio calls. On a positive side, the staff, all very young people, was always nice and friendly.

Hôtel parfait , parfaitement insonorisé. Excellent accueil avec café ( Matthieu) Chambre spacieuse et salle de bain correcte. Quartier ( Montmartre) très agréable à 100 mètres des Folies Bergères ! Prix raisonnable Petit déjeuner classique .

Catastrophique ! Séjour de deux nuits : - chambre pas faite ( lit non fait entre les 2 nuits, ménage non fait. - petit déjeuner en chambre non pris en compte alors que j’en ai fait la remarque à la réception qui m’avait assuré que la demande serait prise en charge pour le lendemain matin… ce qui n’a pas été le cas ! - pas d’excuses du réceptionniste qui dit ne pas connaître le fonctionnement du service de ménage. - le Personnel ne vous dit pas bonjour lorsque vous arrivez en salle de petit déjeuner. - La réception ne répond pas à 7:00 quand vous voulez lui signaler qu’ils n’ont pas pris en compte Votre demande de petit déjeuner en chambre. Sinon la deco est sympa mais chambre très petite qui manque de rangements et salle de bains microscopique où le lavabo est un minuscule lave-mains et où il est possible d’aller aux toilettes tout en se douchant les pieds et en se brossant les dents. Bref, c’est la première fois qu’un Mercure me déçoit autant et, à mon sens, ne mérite absolument pas ses quatre étoiles.

Hôtel bien situé mais chambres minuscules. On ne peut pas s’ y retourner. Tourner autour du lit est un exercice. La salle de bains avec une porte coulissante non isolante est aussi minuscule. Et les toilettes pour des personnes de moins de 1,70 m . C’est étouffant Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le personnel souriant . Mais pour un 4 étoiles, c’est vraiment vraiment trop petit

Il fesait froid dans les chambres. On leurs a dit de augmenter la temperature ils ont rien fait! On a vraiment ps pu dormir! Le personel etait au top! Super gentil. Le petit dejeuner etait tres bon aussi. On s’est régalée!

Splendido Hotel nel cuore di Parigi personale gentilissimo e preparato Stanza accogliente pulita e ben suddivisa letto comodissimo zona bagno con un ampia doccia ottimi prodotti da toilette ricca colazione Situato in un posizione strategica per la visita della città considerato che in pochi metri si ha la possibilità di avere 3 differenti linee di metro che in poche fermate consentono di raggiungere i maggiori siti di interesse. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Roberta che ci ha accolti e supportato ad ogni nostra richiesta durante il nostro soggiorno

Estuvimos en una habitación familiar (4 huéspedes) en la última planta, buen tamaño. Aperitivos , agua mineral y bebidas de bienvenida, minibar, baño moderno, 2 terrazas. Buen desayuno, buena atención del personal. La zona inmejorable, opera, Vendome, Louvre, ille de la cite, se pueden visitar paseando desde el hotel. Metro Grand Boulevards muy cercano. El precio muy competitivo para la zona. No tenemos ninguna queja, Repeteríamos.
