Desayuno buffet bueno y buena localización: se puede caminar al centro dando un paseo o coger el metro muy próximo con buenas conexiones. Equipo muy atento y servicial. Gracias Victor por tu trabajo! Hasta la próxima!

We had to cancel the reservation for professional reasons. This cancellation was made the same day BUT... The general conditions of the Accord group changed this spring. The hotel charged us 223 euros. We have had the Gold card since 2010. If you are a customer, be wary of the word "free cancellation", it works... Or not!!! And monitor the general conditions of sale regularly!

Like any IBS Stles, it is a small room, kept very clean and in a great location just off the Place de la Republique. The staff are friendly and helpful and the area seems safe and interesting. The breakfast buffet is generous and varied with the food always fresh and flavourful. Would definitely stay her again.

The only reason why I'm ratinf this hotel this way it's because I contacted ******* long time ago and let them know I wouldn't be able to travel so I was requesting to cancel my reservation and get a reimbursement. It was an emergency and I feel like the hotel could have done more to be helpful. I was very looking forward to travelling and staying at this hotel but the poor management preferred to not make an exception and have a customer dissatisfied just because of lack of empathy or flexibility, and greed.
Next time I travel to Paris in May I'll make sure not to stay at this hotel and will not recommend it to my friends.
