Hotel Gaillon Opera

Simple hotel. à la limite du 3 étoile a vrai dire. pas de savon dans la salle de bain, juste dans la douche. une odeur de cigarette alors qu'on est bien dans un étage non fumeur (avec forte odeur le dimanche matin, comme si on fumait derriere la porte de la chambre). J'ai connu beaucoup de 3 étoiles bien mieux dans le même quartier. Je n'y retournerais pas.

Péssima experiência nesse hotel. Funcionários grosseiros e arrogantes. Tive um problema de cobrança duplicada no meu cartao (pago integralmente pelo site do hotel, mas me cobraram de novo no check in) e só resolvi abrindo processo direto com o banco. Os funcionários debocham de sua inteligência e ainda tive que aguentar um deles gritando comigo e dizendo que o problema era meu. Ah, mulheres viajantes sozinhas sofrem. Quarto improvisado, minúsculo. Já houve frigobar, agora nem isso tem mais. Só presta pela localização, mas informo que tem vários outros hotéis que realmentes são 3 estrelas e que valem mais a pena. Completando a avaliação, fui obrigada a passar os 7 dias nesse hotel com meu filho menor de idade e somente 1 toalha de banho, pq o hotel não tem a capacidade de verificar isso, apesar dos pedidos. I had a problem with double charges on my card (I paid in full through the hotel's website, but they charged me again at check in) and I only resolved it by opening a direct process with the bank. The employees mocked his intelligence and I even had to put up with one of them yelling at me. Ah, solo female travelers suffer. Improvised, tiny room. There used to be a minibar, but now there isn't even that anymore. It's only good for the location, but I inform you that there are several other hotels that really are 3 stars and that are more worth it. Completing the evaluation, I was forced to spend 7 days in this hotel with my minor son and only 1 bath towel, because the hotel does not have the capacity to verify this, despite requests.
