This was a nice enough hotel in the heart of Paris, but it was a bit pricey.

Our reservation was made at the Le Rocroy hotel, but when we arrived at it, it was closed for renovation! I have not received any change notice for the Hotel that we were transferred to Avalon Cozy. We walked up and down with our bags, until we managed to contact the hotel who gave us the address and forwarded the locator via WhatsApp! We should have received a message and at least at the door of the Le Rocroy hotel a notice of the change to the other hotel with its locator!!! When the stay at the Avalon Cozy hotel was excellent!!! Very attentive and clean the place!!!

The hotel was just fine. The room was quite small, but that is to be expected in this price range in Paris. Staff were fine. Breakfast reasonable for the price. I would go back.

Don’t ever book this hotel again I would not recommend this hotel to anyone . I am deeply disappointed by the quality of service. Their behavior left much to be desired since they did not take my concerns Their stuff and management are useless they can’t even help you with anything

The staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Every reception staff were friendly and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The location was perfect- right around the corner from 3 different metro lines. Still within Paris and accessible to all the major destinations, but in a unique and quiet neighborhood with character.

The place is conveniently located a few minutes walk to the Eurostar. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.. The extras provided such as, mancure, shoe mit and even the bathroom products were much better quality. I highly recommend staying there.
