Very bad experience with this hotel,first time I travel to Paris with my family.very expensive but service very low class .difficult to find some talk English in hotel staff, we stayed 3 nights every day same breakfast.coffee like black water.fruits salad feel very old , please don’t go this place, good location with bad service. Room service nobody after 3 pm.

Very bad hotel expensive for nothing, very bad breakfast ,everyday as same foods . coffee like dark water.front desk and breakfast hall persons are not frendy.difcult to find someone understand english.not recommend.very bad experience.

Excellent accueil très à l’écoute pour satisfaire les demandes des clients Chambre et salle de bain bien aménagées et confortables Petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité Je recommande vraiment cet établissement proche du Trocadéro et de la Tour Eiffel

The customer service was excellent—-very friendly and attentive. They took special care to separate charges on my bill at my request, and housekeeping was extremely helpful and responsive when I had a worry. Reservations were totally accurate. Rooms were clean and functional, especially the bathroom. The location was cute and quiet and it was extremely easy to walk or metro anywhere.

Excellent experience in a clean with a very hospitalilble friendly staff working hard to make our stay enjoyable. Room very clean and spacious front of house exceptional with special thanks to Anna,very courteous who dealt with our booking over the phone and was very informative and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and good night's sleep in a nice quiet area,and excellent shower/bathroom very clean and maintained, decor throughout modern and well coordinated. Breakfast was good and reasonable in price,overall a very pleasant stay and a great location to base a Paris break. Defined would return to this little gem and well reconmend. Best to call hotel for best deal,well worth a visit.

Si vous voulez rester tranquille et savourer votre café, ce n'est pas l'endroit. Pourtant un cadre propice pour perdre une boisson et travailler. Les personnes à l’accueil ne sourient pas, au contraire, elles reviennent pour vous faire consommer sans répit, même vous facturer l'eau chaude au prix d'un thé. On vous montre facilement que vous n’êtes pas le bienvenu. Et pourtant l’accueil n’est pas débordé. Soit la consigne de la DG est de faire fuir le client, soit on ne contrôle pas l’accueil. A éviter.

Les personnes à l’accueil ne sourient jamais, au contraire, elles font tout pour que vous partiez, jusqu’à essayer de vous facturer des boissons non servies. On vous montre facilement que vous n’êtes pas le bienvenu, en y prenant plaisir. Et pourtant l’accueil n’est pas débordé. Soit la consigne de la DG est de faire fuir le client, soit on ne contrôle pas l’accueil qui se venge sur le client. A éviter si vous ne voulez pas vous faire facturer votre café 2 fois avec un grand sourire malveillant.

Hôtel toujours aussi exceptionnel, extrêmement propre. Personnel aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est superbe. Jean Luc et ses collègues sont toujours disponibles quelque soit nos demandes... Un immense merci à tous. A très bientôt.
