Small boutique hotel in Paris, located near the opera house. Room is nice with comfortable bed. Not much are provided but you get free water.
There’re plenty of restaurants in the area. We went to a Japanese restaurant and ramen about 5 mins walk from hotel and both are delicious!

Sehr gute Lage in Gehweite zur Oper. Zimmer sind allerdings eng und dunkel. Preis mit etwa €300,— pro Nacht dafür etwas teuer, scheint aber Paris Niveau zu sein. Personal ist recht freundlich. Bar abends nur eingeschränkt in Betrieb. Mit Einschränkung zu empfehlen.

super zentrale Lage für Opera comique und Palais Garnier und die Grand Magazins. Zimmer sind für Pariser Verhältnisse groß. Leider hatte unser Bad nur eine Badewanne als Dusche. Frühstück nicht überragend, aber ausreichend. Schöner Frühstücksraum. Gerne wieder.

I like the fact that you need an access card to enter the hotel's premises, then into the lift to the 1st floor where Reception was. We had a nice warm, big room with windows that opened out to the street below and you could see the opposite building. Toiletries were given but there are days when an item or two was not replaced and we had to request for it. Locality was great with easy access to main shopping area and restaurants. Staff were very courteous, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was great, we had free breakfast for the last 2-3 days of our stay for inconvenience caused due to the malfunctioned lift, courtesy of the Hotel Manager. We would stay here again in future but it will be in the colder months as the hotel runs a central air conditioning system, that can be warm for us but cold for others.

Kleines Hotel in einer guten Lage. Zu Fuß konnte man die Metro erreichen. Gute Anbindung zum Bahnhof. Zum Shoppen ideal gelegen- in der Nähe liegt das größte Kaufhaus. Das Zimmer war nicht so groß, aber schön, gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstück war gut, mit frischem Baguette und noch warmen Croissants.

This hotel is incredible, a small gem in my favorite area in Paris, just steps from the Palais Garnier. It is my no. 1 choice in Paris. The rooms are small but extremely comfortable, the staff is very attentive and it is a small hotel, just like I prefer.
