We spent 5 nights here.Lovely well designed hotel. Great room and bathroom. Amazing shower! The owners could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Lovely hamam downstairs you can book at reception. Great location and atmosphere - not as touristy as areas slightly further in - can walk or near 2 metro options. Lot's of good restaurants close by.

Sehr freundliches Team, schöne Zimmer, schönes Hotel, tolle Lage in sehr schöner Straße. Sehr angenehm, dass man Kaffee und Tee 24 Stunden umsonst bekommen kann. Die Betten und Matratzen sind großartig, super gemütlich und die Handtücher sind sehr hochwertig.

Toujours un plaisir de retourner au charme de cet hotel localisé dans un endroit calme mais tout près de l'agitation de la Place de la République et de la Rue Oberkampf. Belle et spacieuse chambre (106), très bon douche, lit confortable. Petit déjeuner parfait. Comme d'habitude très bel accueil, on se dirait chez soi. Parfait!

Wir haben uns in einem Hotel noch nie so wohl gefühlt. Tolle Einrichtung, herzlicher Service… alles vollkommen auf Wohlfühlambiente ausgelegt. Wir haben täglich das herrliche Hamam genutzt, was in unserem Zimmerpreis inkludiert war. Wir konnten sofort ins Zimmer, obwohl Check-in eigentlich erst 4h später gewesen wäre. Beim nächsten Parisbesuch kommen wir wieder.

This is the second time we've stayed at the Hotel Fabric, with nine years in between. The hotel does not seem to have aged or gotten shabby since then. The hospitality is wonderful and the rooms are small but well appointed and chic. The size is to be expected! We didn't take advantage of the hammam this time around but loved it our first time. Complimentary "tea time" throughout the day is lovely, and the honor bar in the evenings is well stocked. The best part: A large shower with a rain head and nice water pressure, and close proximity to everything we love in the 10th, 11th, and 3rd arrondissements! We recommend the Fabric to all our friends, and I recommend it to you as well.

Absolument parfait! L’hôtel, l’accueil, les services, la localisation… un sans faute, je le conseille vivement et j’y retournerai c’est sûr. Un point tout particulier pour la disponibilité et la gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel et de la propreté de l’hôtel.

Fantastic location. Close to canal Saint Martin with endless restaurants and cafes. Three Metro stations nearby. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shops. Very friendly and competent staff. Great facilities. Will definitely stay again when in Paris!

This will be our go-to for Paris from now on, sans doute. Our room was very comfortable, including the extra bed brought in for our tween. Wonderful bed, a nice big shower and slippers for all. I appreciated how quiet things were — we were spared any street noise or noise from guests in other rooms. We all slept great! Big windows in the bedroom and bathroom brought in natural light and the charm of the interior courtyard. The lobby and sitting area are lovely — well-designed and still quite cozy. We curled up with books and coffee on the big couch and chairs. The staff was so helpful, arranging an arrival birthday treat for our daughter and checking in on us during our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast one morning — so much to choose from and all high quality. Each night, our daughter had a hot cocoa and madeleine, a wonderful way to wrap up a long day of sightseeing. The location was fantastic, super easy walk to several Metro stops and with plenty of dining options right out the door! The street is quiet without feeling deserted. This hotel is a total gem! Thank you for a wonderful week!
