Helussi Hôtel Paris

The room is very clean, close to the gare du nord. The staff was kind and attentive, thank you very much.

I wanted to stay in a hotel in 9th arrondissement between Gare du Nord and 1st arrondissement. 9th arrondissement so I would be safe in a cleaner environment. Near Gare du Nord so that I can walk to the station with my suitcases. Toward 1st arrondissement so that I can walk through the streets of Paris to Louvre. I also tried to avoid chain hotels to have a "local" experience in lodging, but not Airbnb either for I did not want to deal with a potential hassle from checking out at 5am to catch an early morning flight from CDG. Helussi checked all the boxes, plus, went above and beyond. 10-minute walk to Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est. A stone's throw (2-minute walk) to Line 7 Metro station Poissonnière, which runs directly to Louvre after 7 stops (9 minutes). Pleasant 25 minute walk between Louvre and the hotel through the Opéra district, a lot of shops, cafés, and restaurants. Helussi is in one of those Paris-style buildings with recently updated clean rooms and bathrooms and comfy beds, and an elevator! Truly soundproof that I could barely hear anything from outside once I closed the window. As for the staff, I've met four different people, they were all super kind and helped me with all kinds of questions and requests. A Carrefour Express 2 minutes away; lots of cozy cafés, and restaurants (of cuisines from West to East) nearby. I would definitely come back to Hôtel Helussi when I travel to Paris!

The staff is very friendly and the convenient location to explore surrounding either by bus or metro.

The staff could not have been more helpful — coffee on arrival, cheerful and professional throughout. Spotlessly clean with coffee machine in the room and quality toiletries. Perfectly positioned between the two main stations and with a metro station at the end of the road. A gem of a hotel.
