Staff is amazing and very helpful with reservations etc. I gave low scores based on the condition of the hotel itself, not on staff or management.

The decor and the location were great. Whoever chose the furnishing and the colours has excellent taste. The staff were superb - front desk, breakfast and bar, housekeeping - everyone was very charming, very helpful and very knowledgable.

This hotel is romantic, but far from practical: there is no tv in the room, but the lightning in the room is far too weak for being able to read or do something else.
Also is everything small (shower cabin, bath,…) and the positioning of the door handles is very low.
The chairs in the breakfeast room might be very cosy to rest in, but again not practical for eating breakfast.
The breakfest however was all you need and can expect (especially the quality of the pastries was excellent).
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The location of this hotal is excellent for discovering, located in a quiet street.

nous nous faisons une joie de passer la soirée à L'HOTEL pour une soirée musicale en livre… Mais notre plaisir a été considérablement gâché par un service plus que »minimum »…. La partie musicale nous a littéralement enchantés, le lieu évidemment magnifique !!! Sauf le service : nous avons demandé à notre arrivée que nous soit proposé quelque chose à grignoter … (la soirée dure de 19h30 à 22h environ) nous n’avions donc pas diné …. Malgré nos relances, impossible d’avoir quoi que ce soit, et de plus , impossible de commander un deuxième verre !!! Nous sommes allés en sortant dans un restaurant du quartier pour nous restaurer et nous désaltérer !!! Evidement la soirée chez est très économique puisque un seul verre pour écouter de la très bonne musique live dans un très joli décor pendant plus de deux heures, c’est un tarif imbattable… mais pas certaine que ce soit le souhait de la clientèle !!!!

Had a wonderful surprise 60th Birthday. Staff wonderful, ambience and comfort superb. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and beautiful real orchids and poinsettias. Lots of beautiful touches. Loved the antique shower and huge bath I was overwhelmed by all
