Incredibly beautiful property. Located in the super chic 8th, near the Madeleine. The hotel is a gem, beautifully preserved with the essence of a historical ancestral home - an experience all by itself. Everything from the curation of art & books, to the beautiful rooms & gardens are truly stunning. Wonderful breakfast in a stunning salon. Staff was amazingly kind. Can’t wait to return!

Not attentive enough

Good location in the center of Paris, easy to get around on foot The floor is hardwood so it's creaky in some places, but it's cleaner than a carpet. The breakfast provided is also satisfactory. The accommodation fee is a bit expensive, but..... I recommend it

The room was quiet and clean. Good breakfast. The waiters are very enthusiastic. The location is OK, you can walk to several popular shopping malls. Except for the large suite, other room types are very ordinary and small But the service is very considerate. The Chinese version is set as soon as the TV is turned on. The door-to-door service staff are also very polite in formal attire.

This trip is a two-day, one-night trip to Paris. Considering the convenience of shopping before traveling, I ordered this one. Overall it's a mixed blessing. The address is impeccable. Part of the feeling is that I was deceived by Xiaohongshu's filter again. Very doubtful of the five star of this hotel. The reasons are as follows: 1. After arriving, store your luggage first. The luggage was left in a closed Chinese restaurant not connected to the hotel lobby. It was very dark and damp inside. Fortunately, the doorman is very enthusiastic. 2. When two people checked in, my friend's name was not displayed on the system. It shows a strange man checking in with me. This is strange. 3. The lady at the front desk at checkin has a good attitude. Just under a smile, we were assigned a room on the first floor that is not in the main building. And we booked the superior room. 4. The electric gate of the annex building has a sensor problem. After going out several times, I found that it was basically unlocked. 5. The room on the first floor of the annex has a very musty smell. The air conditioning panel is broken. There are cracks. Fortunately, the bathroom was clean when I checked in. There is dry and wet separation. 6. ! ! ! Back at the hotel after a day trip, something amazing happened although there was a turndown service. We found the house full of living bugs and dead bugs, big and small. Probably the towels under the basin are full of dead bugs. The bathroom is even worse. There are also bug carcasses in the refrigerator. 7. Allergies started after being bitten by insects. 8. Go to the hotel front desk to change rooms after finding the bug nest at midnight. It is worth mentioning that the staff on duty are very nice. There was no shirk to help us change to the top floor attic. Say "that room should be closed" as you walk 9. ! ! ! ! The staff on the night shift looked calm, and it was estimated that the staff in the hotel already knew about the problem of that house. So why arrange for us? 10. The newly arranged room is dry and free of insects. The scary thing is that the windows can't be closed. No air conditioning. There is no TV. There was a shower gel in the bathtub that was used up by the previous guest. 11. Slept hot all night only had an old-fashioned refrigerator. Nosebleeds the next morning. No capsule coffee machine in the new room. 12. The quality of breakfast is far from five-star. In the morning, there are many people in the garden, and many tables in the garden have not been cleaned up in time. The garden is really beautiful when it's sunny. 13. The bar is small. The sofa has a musty smell. Not vexatious. This is not a five star rating. Innocent bad reviews. I hope Xiaohongshu doesn't blow it up. Hope the hotel can give an explanation.
