Nice room and nice staff, the hotel is so modern and close to bus stop and metro.

The top roof restaurant is beautiful but I was disappointed with the location, on a super dirty street, lots of garbage on the floor and did not feel very safe. Room was ok and staff not very knowledgeable.

Decent hotel - fine for the price but not really a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Location was alright. It’s relatively easy to get there (10 min walk from the metro, at the end of the 4 Porte de Clignancourt line) but it’s not really by anything in itself and environment was not nice. For my room, size was adequate but was pretty basic and cleanliness left a little to be desired (there was a random long hair on my towel?). Staff is nice and helpful though.

Room is very clean, staffs are very helpful and nice, but the closest metro station is 12 minutes away.

I was surprised to stay in a Paris hotel for my vacation. The room was clean and quiet, which was good for my boyfriend to relax in because we were exhausted from getting around Paris. The staff members were nice and helpful. Btw, the location was kind of scary because it was located on the outskirts of Paris and full of homeless and immigrants. It was not hard to travel to the city centre. You can take a few minutes walk from the hotel to a bus stop which is direct to the city. However, whoever travels by car or bus and chooses to stay at this hotel, I strongly confirm that the hotel also provides security 24/7. So, I would recommend this hotel.

I booked 4 nights but only stayed 2 nights, then left the hotel. The Hotel was refusing my request of cancellation or refund. Worst of this hotel policy is; I booked 4 nights, 4 nights x euro 50, direct debited from credit card, and I do not know when will the deposit to be credited / refunded to the account. (The hotel doesn’t accept cash deposit). The hotel is stated 4 stars in trip.com, but the room with no small desk ／no wooden edge desk, no chair, no closet and no pantry (only a weak low metal stand, I can’t work on my computer without a small wooden edge desk. I was travel alone, the environment of the hotel seems not safe to me. WORST EXPERIENCE IN THIS HOTEL.

The hotel was good with a nice view at the rooftop. Clean room and bathroom. Staffs are very nice, 5 minutes walk to restaurants and mini market. Just a bit scary to go out at night.

When I went to the hotel to drop off my luggage, the room was already ready and I got into the room. That's excellent. Great staff service

The Originals was at first a bit hard to find, but turns out to be in a really great location for exploring the area. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful, and they all spoke good English. The rooms are small, but convenient. The view from the roof terrace is great, and the breakfast buffet is good. What was missing in the buffet were fried eggs.

The location is really great in the downtown near Moulin Rouge, the room is clean and has a nice view. The stuff is really helpful
