Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

For this honeymoon trip in Paris, I booked a room with a terrace that could see the Eiffel Tower, but unfortunately there was a little surprise. We arrived at the hotel to check in at 12 o'clock in the morning, but because the room was not ready, we could only store our luggage. It wasn't until we returned to the hotel at 12 o'clock in the evening that we were told that the room was arranged in room 318. When we got to the room, we saw that the iron tower was blocked and the room was very cold. It was different from what we imagined. Afterwards, I asked at the front desk if I could arrange a room transfer, but was told that the room was fully booked for the whole night, and other rooms might be available for guests checking out the next day. In this case, we went to the front desk to inquire after breakfast the next day. The hotel manager Allie was very nice and immediately helped us check the rooms, but they were all full. Later, when we returned to the room, we saw that the room was being cleaned, so we immediately asked Allie to help us change rooms, and we were finally able to change rooms! After changing rooms, the tower is no longer blocked and the room is warmer than before. Very happy to be able to change rooms in the end. I hope everyone will read this review and book this room. Remember to wait until the check-in time to get a room with a better view. Even if there is no high floor, I hope that the first room or the middle room will have a better view. Our colleagues were also willing to arrange a room on the 5th floor with a better view. They were polite and could communicate in simple English. The room card was already It's made of wood and very carefully. The waiter said it can be used as a souvenir. The room equipment is good and I am satisfied with it overall. The terrace is very big. You can have breakfast on the terrace in the summer. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. At that time, the isolation building also housed a Japanese cultural exhibition hall. Looking out from the terrace at night, you can see the Eiffel Tower. The scenery is very beautiful. You can also see people walking up to the Eiffel Tower in detail. The hotel is very romantic. You can also see the sunset and walk to the bottom of the Eiffel Tower. It is unforgettable. My personal feeling is beyond the expectations of a four-star hotel.
