I made a request for early check/in, we arrived at 12 p.m. for a room normally ready at 2 p.m. The young person at reception told us that the room was not ready and that was that. She didn't even offer to sit down, drink something or drop off all our luggage. We had to ask if we could leave the luggage while waiting for the room. She just told us to put them under a piece of furniture...the breakfast buffet. (The pastries and bread remained on this buffet all day)
In short, seeing the reservation schedule (very low occupancy rate) we could still have had a room as requested knowing that in addition I had requested it for a fee.
I don't recommend.

We had reserved two triple rooms for our visit to Paris, the hostess was charming and the arrival time was flexible. The rooms were clean as well as the bathroom. Unfortunately we slept very poorly in rooms of barely 14 m² with 3 narrow beds of 70 cm wide which is not at all suitable for an adult and very hard bedding. The heating in the bathroom was turned up all the way with a broken button and therefore impossible to turn off, which ruined our night.
