I have stayed at this hotel several times.
The service is very good, the staff welcoming.
The rooms are a bit small but quite sufficient for a solo traveler. The best part is that they are well thought out, so they are very well equipped.
The bedding is very good.
I use the parking lot when I stay there, it's a real plus!
For the moment the location is suffering a little from the numerous works, but in a while this will no longer be a problem and with the metro just a stone's throw away, it is still easy to walk around Paris from the hotel.

We cut our trip short after just one night because of how poor quality the hotel was we spoke to the reception staff about the used needles outside and the receptionist just left us so we decided to give back the keys at that point and we went and purchased a state at an alternative hotel instead at double the price not too far away but in a much better location and also the staff there was so much nicer I would avoid greet Nord Paris at all costs and stay well away from the ibis hotels

Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff at reception. Rooms were clean and quiet.
Our room this time was smaller than our previous stay. No hairdryer. No stand for luggage.

A slight disappointment... We discovered the Greet Hotel chain with that of BORDEAUX FLOIRAC which is super well located and with the friendliest staff! There....How can I put it... We arrived at reception to collect the room key and the person at the counter didn't even say hello to us!!! A smile was also an option... The only words we were allowed to say were "you have to pay that" while showing the price of the tourist tax.... More commercial than friendly in terms of welcome! The room is simple but clean, equipped with a kettle with tea bags (small positive point). UNFORTUNATELY, it is terribly hot to sleep in! Unable to adjust temperature. The hotel is quite poorly located in Paris, an area not to be frequented in the evening alone... The metro is a 15-minute walk away, personally it didn't bother me to walk a little. This hotel is only suitable for short weekend type stays but no more.
