The good things: location was nice, right on a canal and at night it's very pretty, there are good food places nearby, metro is not far, breakfast was very good, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bad: the temperature control of the room was decidedly lacking. It was very warm and stuffy when we arrived we tried to get the AC working as the window only opens up so far. Unfortunately all we could get going was the heat and when we called the lobby for help the man from the front desk said we needed to turn it all the way to the right and wait 45 min. We later found out that this only works when the system (for the whole hotel) is set on AC, and for the days we were there it was set for heat, even though our room was pretty constantly 75 degrees. It made it very hard to sleep as what we were told to do is open the window at night but the hotel is above a loud club/bar and going to sleep with random yells, sirens and the like doesn't work well. The managements willingness to resolve this for us was pretty low. We also asked for bottled water and were charged something like 3.5 euros for each average size bottle, we asked for more hangers as there were two of us, no actual closet and we had business clothes we needed to hang up, we were told there was only 5-6 hangers per room and no more. I would say if you are going on vacation and won't be at the hotel often and are not using this for business, this is a decent option, but I feel like they were not particularly helpful for people on business, including having a limit of wifi devices (so can't have laptop and TV on at same time, etc).
