Good location near Gare de l'est. Lift was out of order (fine with us, maybe less so with elderly/disabled people or those with lots of luggage). Rooms and bathroom were clean but for sure on the smaller side (sort of to be expected in Paris). Check in-/out process was smooth. Ongoing construction in the block made for some disturbing noise - yet the hotel is not to be blamed for this.

I know that hotel rooms in Paris are small, but this was a very small room, still at a high cost. The only table was a small round table, there was one chair, but it barely fit, I ended up sitting at the end of my bed to do work on the table. A positive surprise was that the breakfast was served in the basement with old arches. The breakfast was good except that the coffee machine didn't work. Location was close to Gare de l'est and also walking distance from Gare du Nord.

Relativ kleine und dadurch auch etwas enge Zimmer, aber man will ja wohl dort auch keinen 2-wöchigen Urlaub verbringen. Zimmer zur Straße sind etwas laut, weil das Hotel doch recht Nahe an der Hauptstraße liegt. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Bewertungen fand ich das Frühstück sehr gut! Sehr schöne Atmosphäre im alten Gewölbekeller und es fehlte an gar nichts. Sogar 1a Nespresso Kaffee.

Le personnel est attentif aux clients La salle de petit déjeuner en sous sol Le petit déjeuner standard pour un Mercure Le personnel du petit déjeuner très réactif pour approvisionner mais brouillon et déballe des cartons en salle. Les chambres de taille convenable La salle d'eau bien organisée La porte de la douche aurait mérité un réglage car fermait mal et les prises USB situées sous le bureau ne fonctionnaient pas. Tout se monétise chez Mercure et en particulier la disponibilité précoce de la chambre Early check in à 50 € Au total un rapport qualité prix correct mais sans plus

Nous sommes arrivés vers 10h du matin. La chambre étant libre, nous avons pu déposer notre valise dans la chambre. L'accueil fut agréable et le personnel aimable. Le confort de la chambre et la propreté de la salle de bain étaient très appréciable.

My room overlooking the park, was extremely noisy. There is a building site next door and building starts at 7am. And there’s jackhammers during the day. Also, on the road below, was a metal plate, which banged every time a car drove over it (24/7). They should not be charging full price for the rooms affected by this noise. I took it up with the female receptionist who told me there’s construction all around Paris. Her attempt to deflect missed me. When I insisted, she said she would email her manager and send me a reply. 2 weeks later, no response. Clearly no action was taken. They should not be charging full price for these rooms. Very poor customer concern/service by this hotel.

Reservation in a large hotel for a weekend.
Reservation of a privilege room and we had a chicken cage the price of the rooms is not justified I have experienced Idis 10x better.
Very disappointed 😞
