Etablissement situé dans un quartier relativement tranquille. On pourrait reprendre les remarques des autres commentaires déçus. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas la classification 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont vieilles, mal nettoyées. Buffet petit-déjeuner n'a pas le standard 4 étoiles. En plus le ravitaillement était défaillant. Le personnel dans son ensemble correct. Dommage une personne n'était vraiment pas là pour les clients, aucun intérêt, ne sais pas saluer et n'avait d'intérêt que pour son smartphone

El hotel para ser un 4 estrellas es un hotel muy normalito. Las habitaciones bastante pequeñas con el espacio justo alrededor de la cama. Íbamos con el desayuno incluido y estaba regular tirando a mal. Poca variedad, poca calidad y poco servicio. Tardaban un mundo en reponer. La calidad de la fruta dejaba bastante que desear, los plátanos creo que han sido los mismos los tres días que hemos estado. El primer día estaban bien pero el tercero todo pochos, los hemos separado y al verlos el camarero se ha pensado si llevárselos o no, pero lo que no han hecho ha sido traer nuevos. Varias naranjas tenían moho. Insisto que hemos estado en mejores dos estrellas en España que esté teniendo 4 y perteneciendo a una gran cadena. Una pena

Je me rends dans cet hôtel régulièrement en raison de déplacements professionnels sur Paris. l’hôtel est idéal par sa situation géographique (12 min de la Gare de Lyon, 3 min du métro Faidherbe, 6 min de Reuilly Diderot) donc parfait pour rayonner dans Paris. Au delà de cela, c’est le service qui est extraordinaire. Djamel fait du petit déjeuner un moment délicieux ! Béatrice et Ahmed a l’accueil sont toujours agréables et attentionnés pour que le séjour se passe bien. Je recommande!

I stayed five nights in this hotel in the 12th arrondissement. Ideal location if you are traveling from Gare de Lyon but not very well served by the metro (only line 8 is nearby). Well received, as a platinum member, I was upgraded, it is appreciated. The room is quite small, quiet. Good soundproofing. The bedding is comfortable, the pillows a little soft as is often the case in Mercure. A wardrobe with vertical bar and few shelves for storing clothes. Minibar was provided. Quality wifi. Clean, well-lit and functional bathroom, with bathtub, shower head and Nuxe products. Separate toilets. A bar is available to customers on the ground floor. In the end, a pleasant stay, at a fair price, near the Aligre market and many restaurants.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Parigi per un weekend presso l’hotel Mercure Bastille Saint Antoine. Essendo situato molto vicino alla metro (ed al nodo di piazza della bastiglia) risulta molto comodo per programmare le proprie escursioni a Parigi. La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato era piccolina, ma nella media parigina a quanto pare. Il bagno era suddiviso in due stanze indipendenti (comoda soluzione se magari uno degli ospiti deve solo truccarsi o fare la doccia). Il letto risultava comodo ed era presente una macchina per caffè al mattino. Sulla pulizia si può far meglio. Non abbiamo provato la colazione in struttura perché Parigi ha ad ogni angolo una boulangerie in cui gustare ottimi prodotti da forno. Il personale della struttura è veramente bravo e disponibile.
