J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour un déplacement professionnel de trois jours et deux nuits, et je dois dire que j’ai passé les pires nuits à l’hôtel de ma vie. Entre un bruit sourd qui ressemblait à un volet qui claque et des grincements de chaise dès 5 heures du matin pendant une demi-heure, impossible de trouver le sommeil. J’ai découvert que le bruit provenait d’un livreur pour le Monoprix tout proche. Vu le prix payé, c’était vraiment décevant. On loue une chambre pour dormir et se reposer… à mon avis, la chambre collé à Monoprix ne devrait pas être loué.

The hotel is in a very practical location, next to shops and many restaurants. It's a super small hotel. The staff at the reception is very friendly. The rooms are ok, the cleaning could have been better. The breakfast is nice. There are so many options for drinks and food within a 5-minute walk. It's super practical. The subway station Charles de Gaule is a few minutes away and enables easy connection to RER and metro.

A good value hotel close to the Arc de Triomphe. It’s no frills but clean with friendly staff. Breakfast had lots of options and was kept well stocked. There is no bar or lounge but there are plenty of good restaurants close by. A bit of a walk to the main tourist sights but there is a metro station a few blocks away

Phenomenal hotel, great value. Well located with tons of great cafes and restaurants nearby, clean and pretty rooms, great views from room on a high floor. Such good value. Would return in a heartbeat.

It was a great experience. However the housekeepers seem to cut corners. For instance the soap holder in the shower was dirty my entire stay (10 days). I never used it. The side of the floor close to the window remained dusty. On the day I checked-in the towels didn’t look fresh they had multiple stains unfortunately I found it out after my shower. I gave it the benefits of the doubt thinking that at least they’ve been washed but later in the week, my used towels were folded and put back on the shelf like in lieu of new ones. Mind you they were on the floor. Other than that the staff was really nice. The location is great . Everything you might need is at walking distance.

We stayed here in July. I really wasn't looking forward to it, based on some of the reviews I had read beforehand. However, we couldn't find anything better in the area and decided that it was only for 1 night so we could live with it. I have to say it really wasn't as bad as I expected! We extended to 3 nights.

Sehr netter Empfang. Unser Zimmer ( 201 ) war hell und modern eingerichtet. Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Tee war vorhanden, sowie ein Kühlschrank. Das Hotel hat 8 Stockwerke, wobei sich im obersten Stock 2 Suiten und 4 Einzelzimmer befinden. Die anderen Stockwerke sind alle gleich blegt: Endnummern 1,2,3,4 gehen zur Avenue des Ternes. Bei geschlossenem Fenster haben wir den Straßenverkehr nicht als störend empfunden. Endnummern 5,6 und 7 gehen zum Innenhof, wobei die 7 neben dem Aufzug ist. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Monoprix und auf der anderen Straßenseite alles was das Herz begehrt an Lebensmittel Märkten. Parkplätze hat das Hotel KEINE!!! Es gibt ein Parking Etoile gegenüber, allerdings mit online Registrierung und über 70 € pro Tag. Wir haben auf der Rückseite des Hotels im Parking WAGRAM für 16,50 € / Tag geparkt. Sind 5 Minuten Fussweg zum Hotel.

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, funcionários super receptivos, solicitos e bem humorados. Café da manhã muito gostoso com muitas opções de frutas, bebidas, ovos, pães, queijos, maquinas de café… Acomodação confortável, cama boa, bom banheiro.

Great location close to Arc de Triomphe and with a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and the metro close by and an amazing choice of places to eat. As with many hotels in the area the rooms are on the small side but are clean and bright and a view over the street outside. Beds were comfortable and there was a Nespresso machine, kettle, hair dryer and ironing board plus free WiFi. The hotel was refurbished a few years ago and now has a number of USB ports as well as mains sockets. The only thing strange is that the toilet is in a different room to the bathroom, which means that you have to go into a different room to wash your hands. Staff were always on hand and helpful. Would happily stay there again.
