Novotel Paris Vaugirard Montparnasse

My stay at Novotel Paris Vaugirard Montparnasse was a truly enjoyable experience and a great choice for visiting Paris. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, style, and convenience. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which set a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was modern, clean, and well-designed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days exploring the city. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the overall quiet atmosphere. One of the highlights of the hotel is its rooftop terrace, which offers stunning panoramic views of Paris—including a view of the Eiffel Tower. It’s the perfect spot to relax in the evening with a drink and take in the city’s beauty. The location is another strong point. Situated in a pleasant and less crowded area, it still offers easy access to public transport, making it simple to reach major attractions around Paris. we were given a room on the ES floor, no one else was staying on this floor… hallway was soooo stinky. our sofa bed didn’t have a pillow so we requested for extra pillows, front desk said “we dont have extra pillows” huh???? a hotel dont have extra pillows ???? when booking, it states that there is aircon available but the room was so hot and stuffy, we asked front desk and they replied saying that only heating was available and if we wang cold air we would have to open the windows. mind you people can look into the windows bc we were staying on the ES floor and facing the roads. rooms were not soundproof, it’s so noisy… location was fine but bc of the train station nearby and the room not being soundproof, light sleepers would have problems sleeping. on our 2nd last day, the shower got clogged and water was overflowing (shower has no doors) we requested for someone to come and fix it at 9am but they said their working hours were from 10:30am - 7pm… ended up unclogging the shower ourselves. would not recommend staying here, pls spend a little bit more and book another hotel. 4 star hotel my ass lol, more like 2 or barely 3 stars. front desk was so rude and unfriendly. only 1 lady (didn’t catch her name but darker skin tone) was nicer.
