호텔 자체는 평범했으나, 위치가 비르하켐하고 가까워서 굉장히 좋습니다. 조식은 과일, 시리얼, 팬케이크, 소세지 등 다양하고 좋아요

巴黎鐵塔就在旁邊走路3分鐘 去哪裡都方便 走路5分鐘就是塞納河邊 特別讚揚的是酒店工作人員 我們行李被航空公司弄丟了後主管每天幫我打電話問進度去催 太感動啦

除了離鐵塔近之外沒有什麼好的了，國內如家的裝修水準，差勁的服務，找前台要一次性拖鞋結果説衹有高級房才有…OK OK，那那個電梯也沒人引導過去，這個價位的酒店服務也太差了，結果電梯還壞了一個。房間裏一股潮味，還是一次性紙杯，不給拖鞋説環保，那紙杯很環保嗎？紙杯真的low到爆！一千七裏一千五都是地理位置錢了

What a disappointment for the high price paid - everything about the place was tenth-rate - parking, the sloth pace of the check-in staff (only one desk manned with a queue of 30 Americans waiting), the cramped oom with its lousy view, the mediocre breakfast buffet, the badly-trained wait staff, the surly concierge and the never-to-be-seen attended Guest Relations desk. Just one bright spot - the barman in the ground floor bar was an absolute gem.
Accor's standards have gone down precipitously in the past few years, to the point where it's a waste of time belonging to its guest program and a waste of money to stay at ANY of its hotel brands.
