Friendly staff ready to solve any potential problems. Excellent location, 10-15 minutes walk to all attractions. There are cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The nearest metro station is 5 minutes. The rooms are not very spacious, but this is Paris. Everyone is happy. I recommend.

The environment is very good, the breakfast is rich, and the room is clean. The only problem is that the elevator can't be used, and it's very tiring to carry large luggage upstairs and downstairs.

The location is great. It is close to nearby Metro stations, shops and restaurants. The only downside was the noise. I could hear people in the rooms next to me talking word for word, hearing every movement and ever sneeze, etc which was really frustrating as I have struggled to sleep because of it, which isn’t ideal during a holiday. The breakfast was lovely and had something for everyone. I also cannot fault the staff. The maids have been amazing, same goes with the staff working the breakfast and the reception.

The hotel was at a great location for us. Situated on a quiet street, but only 5 minutes away from great restaurants and cafes. The staff was so welcoming, polite, and helpful. The room (privilege) was perfect for our stay as it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just right and provided a good variety of cold and warm items. Many thanks to the attentive staff

Points négatifs : Ascenseur régulièrement en panne, chambre au 6 ème étage... Lit trop petite largeur. Points positifs : Personnel sympathique, bon emplacement, petite terrasse dans la chambre. globalement mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Hôtel très bien situé, près des Grands Boulevards. Accueil très intéressé par le règlement de la chambre, tout comme les échanges en amont. Pas vraiment d’indications sur les prestations de l’hôtel au check-in. Chambre Privilège bien agencée. Matelas et oreillers qui mériteraient un renouvellement. Minibar complet avec plusieurs boissons. Salle de bain petite mais agréable. Vue sur cour. Insonorisation intérieure à revoir néanmoins (télévision, bruit de sanitaires, douches, etc …). Pas de surclassement, pas d’attention en chambre, aucun avantage avec la carte Diamond en dehors du bon boisson. Petit déjeuner en room-service arrivé avec 10 minutes de retard sans beurre/confiture/miel … Juste du pain, des viennoiseries beaucoup trop cuites, une orange, un café et un minuscule verre de jus d’orange ! Tout cela pour 18 euros. Absolument pas qualitatif, prestation à revoir. Départ rapide, sans difficulté et souriant ! En bref, uniquement pour un passage rapide …
