L'hôtel est bien situé, dans un quartier très agréable. Les moyens de transport sont à proximité, que ce soit le RER, ou le bus qui vous rapproche du Métro. A proximité du Jardin du Luxembourg et de la Tour Montparnasse, il y a aussi de nombreux commerces et de bons restaurants tout autour... La propreté du lieu est à souligner, peu de bruit, quartier calme, réception agréable. Une petite douceur vous attend dans la chambre (madeleine), mais pas de cafetière ni de distributeur de café dans l'hôtel... pour le prix de la nuitée, c'est un peu léger!! Sinon, la chambre n'est pas très spacieuse et la douche un peu étroite. Le service est excellent, le petit déjeuner suffisant, quoique le dernier matin, l'eau et le lait était à peine tiède. Mais le personnel a vite remédié à ce souci. Dans l'ensemble très correct, mais un peu cher.

Este hotel superó completamente nuestras expectativas, todo estaba limpio, el personal muy amable, especialmente Catherine que fue amable en todo momento. Hay que partir de la base que este es un hotel 2 estrellas, por lo que es antiguo y sin lujos, pero limpio, excelente atención, buena presión de agua caliente, excelente ubicacion, buenos lugares donde comer cerca.

Awful hotel, avoid at all costs. My room was not ready for 2.5 hours after check in and the bathroom had someone else’s hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor. There was also an uneaten pastry on the table from the previous occupant… so much for cleanliness. Staff was unbelievably rude and ungracious, precisely the kind of folk who give Paris a bad reputation. I ended up moving to another hotel. Truly horrible.

While it's not so close to many sights, it's a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I stayed there two nights, and enjoyed my stay. It has a good buffet breafast, with scrambled eggs and cheese in addition to the usual offerings of bread and croissant, coffee and hot milk (yes, hot) etc. and some fruits. For my stay, breakfast was included. The room is on the small side, but it's Paris, and the bed is comfortable. Ovreall, a nice stay at Hotel Pierre Nicole.
