Great stay for April 1st. Nice hotel. Warm welcome as for departure. Comfortable bedding Spacious room. Nice bathroom. Smart TV which is not yet the norm. WiFi is good. I haven't tested the breakfast. Overall good value for money! I highly recommend

Establishment well located and easy to access, clean and quiet, however no bottle of water in the room price of the small bottle of water 4.50 euros which is excessive.
Breakfast OK but the breakfast area is much too cramped and in the basement, there were too many of us so not enough space and the tables were stuck together, it was difficult to even move.
All in all, okay overall, but for the price I've had better.

Room size is pretty good, bathroom is sizable, bed is comfortable, 5-minute walk to La Fourche metro station. Bus route to Gare du Nord, station is 2-minute walk from hotel. In guest room, no glass for teeth brushing. No door for shower, water easily flow into bathroom floor even outside. No USB ports. Iron hangers are set beneath 2 shelves. Those are inconvenient for travelers. Buffet breakfast is so normal. Coffee and orange juice machines are ok but food quality is so so. I believe all room is inclusive of breakfast, no one checks you in breakfast time. Hotel staff is limit. Serve by your own from luggage tag to self checkout. There is a filtered water machine near exception. You feel free to pour still/ cold still / sparkling water as you like.

BED BUGS STAY AWAY! I had already had issues with terrible customer service at this location but it got so much worse. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, there were multiple customers complaining about a bed bug infestation. I was shown the bites all over one guest's body and even as I was speaking to him I got bitten. I confronted the hotel about this situation and demanded a refund but they blindly refused and said my reservation was non-refundable. Truly unbelievable.

Hotel located a few meters from the Brochant metro station Very warm welcome, luggage storage, specify upon arrival if you wish to be on the same floor so several rooms and I advise you on the courtyard because the street is very noisy even with the window closed. Nice, clean, well-appointed room. Very complete and varied breakfast, both sweet and savory. Smiling staff I recommend
