Excellent customer service, friendly staff. Wonderful location. Beautiful and comfortable room!
A pity that elevator wasn't working between ground level and 1st floor. Carrying luggages up a small spiral staircase was tough.

Right next to Gare de l' Est in Paris. The hotel is a bit old, and small. But guess it's the norm in Paris. Luggage storage room is small too, but our rooms are still clean and tidy.

Das Hotel liegt gut und hat saubere Zimmer. Frühstück ist überschaubar aber für ein Kurztrip oder eine Geschäftsreise okay. Negativ ist der langsame Service an der Rezeption und der Aufzug der wirklich überholt werden muss. Ebenfalls hört man in allen Zimmern die Lüftung.

Chambre petite, ménage fait en surface , climatisation Chambre ne fonctionne pas , chauffage salle de bain à fond , prix trop chère pour ne pas inclure le petit déjeuner simple, De plus payez une taxe de séjour en étant du pays c'est intolérable. A faire comme la peste . Juste l'emplacement et idéale pour la gare de l'est

grosse déception sur la qualité du petit déjeuner ; que la salle soit en travaux cela peut arriver, en revanche quand on ne propose que du café aux clients ce n'est pas normal, faire chauffer de l'eau ou du lait n'est pas une chose compliquée à faire en soi / de plus un souci de livraison pour le beurre et la confiture cela se règle en allant en acheter directement dans une épicerie

Lovely hotel, very friendly helpful staff, rooms were small but very cosy, very clean, had everything you need, location great for public transport, breakfast room was under renovation so we got a breakfast bag with pastries, breakfast bars, orange juice and cake delicious, would definitely stop again
