We reserved this hotel five months in advance of our stay last week through Hilton Honors program and requested two rooms adjacent to each other for our family celebration. After a 10 hours transatlantic flight we waited over 30 minutes for check-in at 3:20 P.M. while four people were standing in the wings. As a gold member, we opted for digital check-in (to skip the front desk). However, the digital key was not available until after checking in at the front desk. Moreover, the rooms were not close to each other as requested so our communication was by phone. The room was very clean and tidy. However, the sink stopper was disconnected, and the staff was alerted to make it functional (day 1). Four days later, it was still disconnected, shaving with running water. (Note: no microwave in room to heat coffee.) The reason it was given two star rating is that the breakfast was outstanding! For more than $5,000 for the two rooms, we were disappointed with this Hilton hotel. No compensation was given for our stay.
