I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times owing to the warm welcome, size of rooms for a Parisian hotel and moreover the fantastic location. A couple of *******, however, on this trip - I arrived late having travelling from the other side of the world only to have no key access (and quite a bit of disturbance when I wanted to sleep…knocking on door for a replacement key after midnight…). Also the room wasn’t topped up with amenities once cleaned…towels / coffee capsules / even the bathroom. All sorted very quick but housekeeping lady was a little too forward in wanting to come and sort as I was getting ready…! I was literally in my towel.
Minor but important to raise as the hotel is not the cheapest and these are quick wins.
Rest of the stay great.

We stayed 3 nights and loved the hotel. Style, comfort, & service were all first rate. Our room was small, but we hadn't splurged & didn't expect a lot of space. We faced the internal courtyard instead of the street & and found it to be very quiet. The hotel got us into our room early (around 12:30), in spite of a 15:00 check-in time. That was very appreciated after an overnight flight. The room was very clean & the bed comfortable. The dining room is EXCELLENT. The steak tartare with frites was a decadent joy. A good wine selection was also available. Service was impeccable. Twice, we had a light meal in the bar. Service was pleasant, but not as attentive. The concierge was our go-to touchpoint. They were extremely helpful & charming. Other than check-in & out, we didn't bother with the front desk. As a bonus, decor in the public spaces is beautiful & elegant.

Very nice hotel in a quiet location, yet close to most Paris landmarks on foot or a short Bolt drive. Good restaurants in the vicinity. Large rooms for Paris standards, excellent breakfast and super nice staff (Stephane at the bell desk is the best!). Will definitely come back next time we are in Paris.

This has to be one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel lobby are is very elegant and welcoming. What makes the stay so enjoyable and memorable is the staff, we were greeted by the bellman with a big smile and charming manner. Check in was handled by Jaklin and her staff all of whom were pleasant, helpful and charming. Also Antonin who offered advice and guidance on what to do and see. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. This will be our home in Paris on any future trips

We loved this classic, quaint hotel. The staff was so helpful and kind. Stephane’ the concierge was amazing, along with Lindsey, at the front desk were the epitome of hospitality and grace. This is a super location whose people make it so much grander with their impeccable service.

We moved to this hotel after a very rough start at another boutique hotel near Notre Dame. The rooms were very comfortable. They had outstanding room service, and the staff were so friendly and professional. I always try to stay at a local hotel when I travel, but we definitely learned our lesson in France. The chain hotels were much more comfortable and the staff was so helpful compared to the rude experience with local places.

Excellent hotel, daily breakfast provided a variety of scrumptious options, rooms were immaculate, AC was a bonus , front desk and allied staff were remarkably professional and efficient. I was surprised with welcome gift and birthday gift.

Wow, this place is a gem. The staff in the lobby are super helpful, from the bags to explaining everything about the hotel, Paris, etc. Hilton even upgraded our room before we arrived. The room was very large by European standards. It was modern, clean, and the A/C worked great. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. A ton of options, all of very high quality. I would not have minded eating breakfast there every day of our vacation. The bar downstairs also serves up great drinks and has lots of tasty food if you need a snack. Would highly recommend staying here when in Paris. Short walk to the Metro and a quiet street not far from some of the best sites in Paris.
