I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times owing to the warm welcome, size of rooms for a Parisian hotel and moreover the fantastic location. A couple of *******, however, on this trip - I arrived late having travelling from the other side of the world only to have no key access (and quite a bit of disturbance when I wanted to sleep…knocking on door for a replacement key after midnight…). Also the room wasn’t topped up with amenities once cleaned…towels / coffee capsules / even the bathroom. All sorted very quick but housekeeping lady was a little too forward in wanting to come and sort as I was getting ready…! I was literally in my towel.
Minor but important to raise as the hotel is not the cheapest and these are quick wins.
Rest of the stay great.

We moved to this hotel after a very rough start at another boutique hotel near Notre Dame. The rooms were very comfortable. They had outstanding room service, and the staff were so friendly and professional. I always try to stay at a local hotel when I travel, but we definitely learned our lesson in France. The chain hotels were much more comfortable and the staff was so helpful compared to the rude experience with local places.

Excellent hotel, daily breakfast provided a variety of scrumptious options, rooms were immaculate, AC was a bonus , front desk and allied staff were remarkably professional and efficient. I was surprised with welcome gift and birthday gift.

Wow, this place is a gem. The staff in the lobby are super helpful, from the bags to explaining everything about the hotel, Paris, etc. Hilton even upgraded our room before we arrived. The room was very large by European standards. It was modern, clean, and the A/C worked great. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. A ton of options, all of very high quality. I would not have minded eating breakfast there every day of our vacation. The bar downstairs also serves up great drinks and has lots of tasty food if you need a snack. Would highly recommend staying here when in Paris. Short walk to the Metro and a quiet street not far from some of the best sites in Paris.

Everyone and everything were so lovely. Lindsey at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. The young lady who checked us in was so nice and informative and patient. Hotel was immaculate, modern but elegant. Breakfast was very nice. We were as pleased as we could be with everything. Mini fridge in room was convenient and room temp was always comfortable.

This Hilton boutique would not be for everyone, but it was perfect for me. It is updated with attractive and new furnishings and design elements. Hallways are narrow and rooms are small, but I understand that is typical in Paris. It’s quiet and on a quiet side street, making for a good night’s sleep, and while there is not much close by, there are many restaurants and services within a block or two. Similarly, it’s not close to any single area site, but if you like to walk, as I do, the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, L’Orangerie, Mon**artre and the Eiffel Tower are all walkable or a reasonable Metro ride away. As it’s a boutique, the amenities are limited. There’s a tiny fitness room and a restaurant. As I left in the morning and returned in the evening, that was fine with me. And I loved the huge breakfast buffet with salad, fruit, eggs, meats, breads and all the pastries, including legendarily good donuts. I filled up every day on delicious food before a long day of site seeing. The service was also impeccable with extremely polite and helpful staff from check in to check out. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Wow. The staff was absolutely amazing. Super helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay special. The room was beautiful and clean. We had an amazing view that we could not have imagined. We will come back for sure to this hotel. Amazing place ❤️

I’ve stayed at a few hotels in Paris. I enjoyed this hotel. The location is excellent. The hotel is close to public transport, but also located on a quiet street. I’ve stayed in the touristy sections of Paris, but prefer the quiet street this hotel is located. Shopping and Restaurants are within walking distances. Pros: staff was very friendly, breakfast was excellent (free with Hilton Honors level), housekeeping was excellent, the price of the room was reasonable (king room with terrace), and the hotel was quiet. Plenty of storage for two persons even with the room on the small side. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. Cons: bathroom was very small and like a sauna. The room was also warm which made sleeping difficult. The hotel does not turn on the AC until summer, at least that is what I was told. They provided a fan, but I woke up every 2 hours to turn the fan on (fan was only set to run 120 minutes). We also slept with the terrace doors open with the fan, but it was still too warm. I would stay at this hotel again, but probably not during the spring/summer months.
