PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
The worst, most ****** hotel I have ever at. Was questioned by the general manager if I really stayed here even though I tapped my room card in the elevator right in front of him. Extremely rude and made no attempts to give us any reasoning behind this search. He repeatedly made us show the room card to him. No one else in the elevator was questioned.
The hotel is also old and dirty, any service takes over an hour and literally half the light fixtures do not work.

The room is smaller than the picture, the hotel facilities are outdated, and the WiFi is very slow. The only signal in the room is near the door, and there is almost no signal elsewhere!

This hotel was in a great location and my room was clean and mostly comfortable. I say mostly I was freezing every day/night in my room. I asked the concierge who brought my luggage how to adjust the heat to the warmest setting, which he did for me. Still, I froze. I went to the front desk on the third day and asked about it. They said they would send someone up. Nothing ever changed. It was cold in my room the whole visit (6 nights). But other than that, the hotel was very nice. We ate and had drinks in the restaurant every day. Their onion soup was fantastic and set a new standard for me.

This hotel could not be better situated for easy access to the Louvre and other museums and sights of Paris. The hotel itself is nice, but it needs to be mindful that it doesn't fall behind the competition and it could probably do with a freshen up. My room was not massive and the bathroom had seen better days, but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable and had proper pillows (I don't recall that being a relevant consideration when I was in my 20s). My top tip is that there is a lovely pub (The Frog House) close by, which serves burgers. It is well worth a visit. Much better than these bakeries made famous by Instagram, which have massive queues outside.
