We checked in at the hotel at night and were given the wrong room. Someone in the room almost made a noise! After waiting for more than an hour, a shabby room was vacated that did not match what we booked online! Ctrip definitely couldn't do anything about it. Awesome! Great location, magnificent lobby bar, extremely helpful staff. The club room is spacious, delicious breakfast & afternoon cocktails with many varierities served at club lounge, dishes were great! A perfect stay for business & leisure 👍
