This hotel is located in an amazingly central area with lots of food and sights to be seen.
The room is comfy and super clean. There was no toothbrush, or shaving kit, but there was a sewing kit, which I found strange.
Other than that, room was perfect.
The staff were super friendly and accommodating, I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a lovely stay in the heart of Paris.

The Hotel Pont Royal delivered in a spectacular way! As Americans, we felt welcomed, accommodated and over-joyed with the staff and service at this hotel. Concierges Alain and Alexandra did a wonderful job helping us navigate all of our tourist activities and dinner reservations. Margeaux in the bar was a bright spot at the end of long days of touristing. A local jazz band played one night in the bar and it was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast seemed catered to Americans! The entire reception staff was stellar and all spoke English and were beyond friendly. The room was cleaned to perfection daily and the housekeeping staff exceptionally accommodating. Tre bien! (The Michelin Star restaurant attached to the hotel is a must!)

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond on any request or question. I loved my room and the cleaning staff did a beautiful job cleaning and with turn down service. I loved my stay so much, I have a trip in Nov and I canceled the previous hotel I was booked at and Booked this hotel. It will from now on be my go to place to stay when in Paris

Great hotel in a perfect location. While I wish our room were bigger, it didn’t impact our stay. The rooms are nicely appointed, it’s very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the convenience of being in this part of town made a huge difference on our overall stay. I would definitely recommend the property and would almost likely return.

The staff was charming and helpful. The location was ideal for walking to all of the places we visited. The rooms and amenities were excellent! The concierge went the extra mile in mailing me something I left in our room. Communication before, during and after our trip was 5 stars!

Hotel ruim. Cama muito desconfortável, visivelmente velha (afundada). Quarto com carpete que é péssimo para quem tem alergia como eu… cheguei a pedir um quarto sem carpete, mas fui informada de que não haviam quartos assim no hotel. Quarto pequeno… ruim para abrir duas malas grandes. Banheiro sem blindex (molha tudo).
