Hotel Residence Montebello Paris

The hotel met expectations. The room was renovated, clean, spacious, equipped with a kitchenette and comfortable beds. We only missed a mirror in the room. The bathroom was good, hot shower and great towels. Excellent location, with restaurants, market and metro stations nearby. The service was satisfactory from the moment of booking, we always had a quick response to emails sent. We rate it as great value for money.

Good location, in a residential neighborhood, somewhat lonely but safe. Close access to the metro and bus. Good bistro (I recommend Chez Germaine), supermarkets and pattisseries nearby. The bed was so uncomfortable that the last few nights I slept on the couch (without making the bed) and thus managed not to wake up with back pain. I mentioned it and they apologized but they didn't solve it. When you arrive they charge you the accommodation fee plus €10 per night for cleaning (it was a surprise). The bathroom sink was not cleaned nor was the electric stove. They also didn't accommodate the padding I used to sleep on the couch. The staff always very friendly. On the day of check out, the young man in the lobby was very friendly and helped us carry our suitcases down 3 flights of stairs and helped us order a taxi.

Nice host Nice room Nice price The owner was friendly, and at this price, there was plenty of space and a kitchen, so I sometimes bought groceries at Carrefour and cooked a meal. There were many supermarkets nearby, and it was nice that there was a bus that went directly to the Eiffel. I definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience at the Hotel. In addition to the extremely noisy sofa bed, the apar**ent above was also quite noisy EVERY DAY from 10pm onwards. To complete my bad experience, I also had a USB C iPhone charger, which currently costs around R$200.00, that disappeared from the room I was in. Despite contacting reception, the charger was not found and we were left with this loss. It's a shame so many things happened, as we had great expectations regarding our stay in Partis.

The location is good, but I was bothered by the noise on Friday night even though the windows were closed. There is no elevator, so it is difficult to carry suitcases. Also, you cannot leave your luggage at the hotel after check-out. Recommended for backpackers. The front desk was very helpful.
