For what you pay it's great! Very nice staff, clean room! To visit Paris it is great (however you leave in the morning and come back in the evening)! One more point I gave it is for the geographical position : near the subway (you just have to cross the street)!

The location is superb, just in front of the station. The reception is 24-hour available with service mind.

VERY KIND STAFF. DAILY CLEANLINESS ALTHOUGH THE FLOOR WAS FULL OF HAIR. AWESOME VIEW (ME ON THE 7TH FLOOR). I DID NOT CHOOSE BREAKFAST BECAUSE IT SEEMS POOR IN RELATION TO THE PRICE ALTHOUGH IN PARIS IN MOST HOTELS, FROM WHAT I SAW ON APPS, THE BREAKFAST IS EXPENSIVE (RELATED TO THE QUANTITY). IN A VERY GOOD POINT. ACROSS FROM THE METRO. NEAR SUPERMARKET, PHARMACY AND CAFÉ. THE AREA IS NOT UNDERGROUND BUT NOT IN THE EXACT AREAS OF PARIS. I PERSONALLY LIKED IT. THE BALCONY DOOR WOULDN'T LOCK.

Old, small, dilapidated, not soundproofed at all. But clean, and sufficient thermal insulation.

Warm welcome, clean room and service. Hotel opposite the metro, 10 mins walk from the Buttes de Chaumont, about 10 mins by metro from the Indian district… well located and very reasonably priced.

I couldn't go there because of canceled train. I couldn't even get a refund. By sending pictures. It is not normal. So I don't know how the hotel is.

Very attentive staff and good location the only thing that is old and the uncomfortable bed.

Bon hotel

The hotel is nice, but the lift (from the first floor, you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to reception) is small and may possibly be a bit scary for some. The Metro station is convenient but it's a bit noisy, so I'd recommend earplugs. The room is basic but fine as a base of holiday operations. Breakfast was half a baguette (butter and jam), a croissant, juice and tea/coffee. Filling but not a lot more. There is a microwave for residents to use in the dining room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Nothing fancy. Lots of eateries and a supermarket round the corner.

Staff very good. Facilities and rooms old, but clean. Good value for budget traveler, but not for those with delicate sensibilities.

Fair for the price. The best thing is that it is next to a metro, if you go to Paris and go out all day, sleep there it is no problem.

It's OK for just a one-night stay. I didn't like the facilities nor the area where the hotel is situated (didn't feel safe). The only benefit is that it's right next to a metro station.

The view from our balcony on the 6th floor was outstanding we could see the Eiffel Tower and Sacre- Couer Basilica was great!! The building was an older one so if you are there for the room this place isn't for you! Continental breakfast was good and included in the room price.

This is an excellent value proposition, staff very good. Immediately across from the metro so some noise. All in all I would return.
