Stay booked for more than a month, stay confirmation sent. Payment was to be made when we arrived. Today (Friday evening), we received an email canceling our reservation (which is Sunday) due to an "error in payment processing". Following receipt of a vulgar email, we decided to call the establishment in order to understand their approach: in the end, after several requests from us, they gave us the new price for the same room on the same dates (200 euros additional). She also asked us to go and see the availability on their site for ourselves, which I did. Oddly, I notice that there are no more rooms available on our dates which means that either our canceled room was reserved just a few minutes after the cancellation or that it was reserved several times. In addition, unfriendly staff, offering no solutions and not apologizing in any way. Finally, without any other possibility, we decide to book in another hotel (trusted this time) but within a very short time therefore with an increase in planned expenses... Do not recommend, avoid!
