The location is very good. It is near the metro station and the Asian quarter. The room is clean. However the toilet and the shower are separated by the bed.

Une super adresse dans le 13ème arrondissement de Paris ! Un petit hôtel très moderne, propre et récemment rénové. On y est très bien accueilli et on se sent comme à la maison ! J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir! Un grand merci à toute l'équipe !

Excellente adresse. Établissement bien placé , accessible et bien desservi (même avec la ligne de metro fermée...). Très propre, Personnel extrêmement sympathique, disponible et professionnel. Nous retenons cette adresse pour nos prochains séjours à Paris et recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

New hotel in 13eme in Paris. Great price and quality of the hotel. Good location also. Few restaurants around where i ate with the recommendation from the hotel person. Breakfast was with good choices for everyone. Great experience. I will be there for next one.

Très bel hôtel cosy et très bon accueil chaleureux de la part de l'équipe ! Je conseil vivement. L'équipe ma fournit une petite liste de lieux à visiter et de restaurant à proximité. Il y a de nombreux lieux de restauration aux abords de l'hôtel. Station de métro ultra proche

Personnel super sympa et aux petits soins. On a été très bien reçus. Bel hotel, les chambres sont modernes et propres : j'ai adoré les enceintes connectées dans la chambre :) Petit déjeuner qualitatif Bouche de métro a 50 m de l'hotel, super pratique!

Pour mon 2ème séjour dans cet hôtel, je réitère mes précédents commentaires : - Literie très confortable, hôtel moderne avec un très beau design. - Très bien insonorisé. Quartier calme - Propreté impeccable. - Petit-déjeuner très garni et copieux. - Le tarif est très raisonnable pour la qualité des prestations proposées. - Equipe et Direction super, polis, souriants, serviables, accessibles, donnant de judicieux conseils sur nos demandes. - Bien desservi les Bus (62 & 64) & ligne de métro 14 station "Olympiades" qui vous amène vers le centre de Paris.

Une très belle découverte qui m’a donné envie d’y prendre mes habitudes. L’Urban Bivouac Hôtel est très bien situé (station Olympiades)! Mais ce n’est pas tout. L’accueil est à la fois chaleureux, professionnel et personnalisé! Les chambres sont d’une propreté irréprochable et dans un style moderne original. Très fonctionnelles! Je viens régulièrement dans cette hôtel et le charme opère à chaque fois! Merci encore et à bientôt!
