Good hotel, met my expectations

Everything Ok, I will return on another trip to Paris

It was the worst experience I've had in a hotel...it's not about hotels! New rooms as declared but... rooms on the second floor without lift (not declared) always in the midst of crazy confusion... because they hold courses and seminars with children within the structure without any management. On the second day where they didn't make up our room they told us that the rooms are cleaned every 6 days (perhaps even for the second floor without a lift...) and the towels changed every 3... basically a hostel or a low-ranking residence! They say it is specified but we were not able to find it anywhere and in these conditions we would never have booked here, also because the price is in line with the hotels given the characteristics... on paper though. Abundant buffet breakfast without any management, no single-dose jam but giant jars of discount products and spoons so everyone touches everything! Even small children abandoned and no attendant to supervise... in short, no basic hygiene! Always the same at breakfast and low quality! I have already been to France and Paris specifically but nothing to do with this experience and...if it was the first time in Paris this would be a deterrent not to return. TO AVOID!!! I forgot... In the rooms there is only toilet paper (it is specified) so bring your own soap... the paper was the roll used by the one before us....

Paris is wonderful, the area is quiet and well connected, the hotel is only for those who are satisfied. The staff is helpful and kind except for one whose name I don't remember who allowed himself to make fun of us, during a very difficult situation that occurred (which was very serious) in French thinking that he was not understood but instead he was wrong because he was understood very well, middle aged and seemed like the one who organizes the groups staying in the hotel. Let's move on to the sore point, the non-existent cleaning as documented by the photos (when there is carpet both on the floor and on the walls you have to clean more often), furthermore upon requesting cleaning we were told that it is done every 3 days which is absolutely unacceptable and I don't understand how other users said the room was clean. Breakfast is the only positive note, good and plentiful. The bathroom in the room is new, you can see it and with two showers, perhaps it would be better considering that the change is every 3 days, give more than one towel each, there are no products or soaps only toilet paper already started, there is no TV. When I return to Paris I will go to this hotel not to stay but just to say 4 words to that rude person, unfortunately the situation that happened did not allow me to do so.

Pratique, beau cadre, bar et petits déjeuners très bien!
