攜程上酒店照片就是照騙！給我們頂層閣樓，衞生間的所有空間就是馬桶的寬+1你不到的長，閣樓上的空調發動機24小時響，壓根沒法睡！見過浴霸這種淋浴嗎？洗頭要一屁股坐在浴缸裏？反覆和酒店工作人員，前後藉口説法不一，要不是我們逼他們給解決方案和賠錢，大概我們也看不到攜程照片上的房間（空間還是非常小，但是明顯比閣樓好N倍）。打掃人員還把衞生間垃圾桶放在馬桶上，房間垃圾桶還不換，以為我們中國人好欺負，垃圾！攜程顯示酒店有中文服務，工作人員英文都説的磕磕巴巴的，還中國，可拉倒吧。還有那個令人窒息的電梯，看圖片吧懶得説了。房間隔音差，隔壁聲音清清楚楚，樓和樓間距小，窗簾不拉好，啥都沒看見。3千塊一晚住這種酒店就是買教訓。

Petit hôtel vraiment sympathique avec service attentionné! Situation géographique très centrale avec une grande variété de bons restaurants à proximité. Même la chambre classique, disposait de tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour des plus confortables! J'y retournerai sans hésitation !

C'est un charmant hôtel situé dans un quartier riche, à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro Madeleine. Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût avec de nombreux équipements. Le lit est très confortable et il y avait aussi une machine Nespresso dans la chambre. Nous avions une vue sur la rue et c'est agréable d'ouvrir la fenêtre le matin. Le personnel est également très sympathique et serviable. Je recommande cette famille à mes amis et à ma famille.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo dal 29 marzo al 2 aprile. Albergo pulito, confortevole e ben posizionato. Camera silenziosa e ben organizzata. Da scegliere per visitare i luoghi più belli di Parigi. Staff gentile e sempre disponibile. Colazione da migliorare.

El hotel muy bien ubicado y muy cómodo al llegar a recepción un buen recibimiento de la persona que me atendió en ese momento pero hay algo que ando súper descontento me pidieron un depósito y después de 10 días de mi salidad todavía no me solucionaron lo del depósito

Great place. Great hotel, service was great. Best area to stay in Paris. Breakfast was good and fresh. Staff was very nice and helpfull. I strongly recommend this Hotel, location is the best to stay for tourisim and, or work. Room was clean and serviced everyday.

Hôtel très bien situé, calme. La chambre, situé au rez-de-chaussée était confortable, la salle de bain grande et malgré la situation très calme. Le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon, jus de fruits frais . Le personnel est très sympathique. Je recommande.

Un quattro stelle piccolo ma ben tenuto e curato. Personale sempre molto cortese e colazione ottima. La location è buona: quartiere della Madeleine, vicino l'Opera. Stazione metro a 300 metri. Noi abbiamo prenotato una family room di 4 posti: la stanza è risultata un po' strettina ma comunque vivibile con dei letti comodissimi. Buonissima soluzione
