周圍環境不安全，巴黎北站是最亂的一個火車站，巴黎5個火車站，最後一天看到警察直接拿槍把一個人按在地上！房間很小，一個房間無法放下2個行李箱

The surrounding environment is unsafe. The Gare du Nord is the most chaotic train station among the 5 train stations in Paris. On the last day, I saw the police holding a gun and pinning a person to the ground! The room is very small, we can't fit 2 suitcases in one room

The hotel is very convenient for tourists, located in walking distance to the Gare d'Est and Gare du Nord, 5 and 3 minutes respectively, with the metro station just on the other side of the street. The rooms as well as all other hotel areas were very nice and clean with a tasteful design. The breakfast was just excellent and hot drinks were offered for free during the whole day. Last but not least, the hotel staff around Jan was just remarkable, everybody was so kind, friendly and helpful. We felt most welcome, had a wonderful stay and we will definetely return soon!

Excellent location when you get out of the train station and want the traveling part to be over and done with. Feels good to get to your room and lie down on your comfy bed, no more airplane or train seats. Arrived, finally. I am useless at reviewing the room because I usually don't spend much time in them. All I really care about is having a good bed and a bathroom that doesn't surprise You in the morning. Hate surprises in water temperature during showers or shampoos that smell like the last part of the word. Thankfully none of that. So, would I go again? Yes.

The staff was exceptional! So nice and courteous, always here to answer questions or help when needed. The room was clean, perfect size for a city break and really clean. Complimentary water bottles and hot drinks. Noise-free room, which was extremely important to us being light sleepers. Will definitely go again when we travel to Paris.
