The surrounding environment is unsafe. The Gare du Nord is the most chaotic train station among the 5 train stations in Paris. On the last day, I saw the police holding a gun and pinning a person to the ground! The room is very small, we can't fit 2 suitcases in one room

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Hor. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the service was outstanding. The staff were very polite and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We highly recommend Hotel Hor for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Paris.

Everything was so comfortable at Hotel Hor! The breakfast buffet was Fantastic! They offered a wide variety of food and it was all so good! The room was very comfortable. The shower head was wonderful and the bed was nice. The service was excellent from the front desk to the breakfast room. We arrived very tired a couple of hours before checkin time and the front desk man was able to get us into our room. Highly recommend Hotel Hor.

The hotel itself is very good and the staff is super friendly. The rooms are small but comfortable for two people. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because its location. However, this might be a plus for some. It is very close to Gard du Nord which would make it very convenient if you are using the station. However, the neighborhood is not the best. The first couple of nights we felt a bit uncomfortable and a bit unsafe but then you get used to it and start getting used to it. The staff was fantastic and I would definitely recommend the breakfast. The rooms are quiet and the bed is comfortable. Would stay again if we needed to be close to the station for sure.

A lovely hotel, well situated 3 minutes walk from Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, so an easy commute from the airport. Located next to a supermarket and plenty of eateries. Rooms are pleasantly decorated with clean white linens, safe, mini fridge and a shower that is amazing. Breakfast was delicious and ample with fresh pastries, fruits, yoghurts and breads as well as a hot selection. Fruit juices and a wide variety of hot drinks - select teas, hot chocolate and coffees. The breakfast room was light and spacious opening onto an outdoor space for warmer days. Staff were helpful and happy to store luggage. Computer, printer, games and relaxation area were all available it the chic lobby. We loved this hotel.
