It is not a bad location, there is a fast food, local restaurant and supermarkets within 5 minute walk. Unless we walk another 10 minutes, there is only 1 subway line which is fine. Its not quite a tourist area and there is a weekend market selling antiques nearby.
We reserved was a studio type, its spacious enough to open 2 large luggage and still have space to walk around. The bed is alright but there is only 1 window to lit up the place which is rather insufficient but it works too in a sense. Kitchen is well equip with ovens, inductors, pots, pans, cutleries and cleaning utensils. It is a small kitchenette nevertheless but good enough for a weeks stay. There are no coffee in the unit so we have to walk to the breakfast area for it, which is fine because the machine offers a wide variety of drinks. Only bad thing is that the heater was not working in our unit but a replacement heater was bought in. Staffs are nice and do not mind conversing in English. Do start with bon jour at least.
Its not a lavish place, but a place to stay for a few days or weeks. For the price, I think its about there. Its Paris after all.
Would I return? Yes sure

Pessimo atendimento, nos deixaram sem quarto, check in muito além do que o prometido! Atendentes mal educadas não dando nenhuma resposta. Passaram pessoas na frente enquanto esperávamos por apartamento! Pessoas se recusaram a dar respostas pelas nossas perguntas quando questionamos I fato dos quartos Não estarem prontos!

Acomodações sujas e malcheirosas … atendentes grosseiros e mal educados … não voltaria mais Fomos enrolados para fazer o check in até as 17 horas da tarde ! Além de ter sido insultado pelos funcionários, os quarto não oferecem todos os quesitos desditos no site

Los apartamentos estan situados en una zona accesible gracias al transporte, principalmente el metro; en cuanto a establecimientos de comida hay algunos que son buenos y cierran tarde. En relación a comercios encuentras mini super cercanos para realizar compras. El apartamento muy cómodo, cuenta con dos habitaciones ideal para viajar en familia, ademas de que brinda todo lo necesario para que puedas cocinar. Tienen lavanderia y estacionamiento. Hubiera sido excelente si aumentaran la limpieza al menos cada tercer día. Gracias!!!
