We were looking for a cheap hotel with a good location and we were positively surprised. It is in the Marais neighborhood. The staff is very nice and the room had everything we needed.

you get what you pay for. That's what cheap hotels are like. There was renovation work next door in the morning, which was super noisy, and the subway made a very loud noise all day long, like thunder 🌩️. Rich people would not recommend staying here. But the only good thing is that it's very hot. Suitable for winter🤣🤣🤣. I live in room 1 on the ground floor. The other rooms are upstairs, so I don't know what the conditions are like in the rooms upstairs.

Room rather large, clean, but with a broken tap in the bathroom... And no garbage bag in the trash can (also broken).

+: The staff was very nice and helpful! Location is good, close to République metro station, which is connected to many other lines.
-: The room and bathroom were quite dirty, bed linen and towels are old, it was uncomfortable to sleep there. Walls and door are thin, I could even hear my neighbour’s iPhone messages notifications.
