Terrible service. Absolutely not up to Accor standards. The staff in front desk is very antipathetic and cold during check-in. Housekeeping entered the room without knocking just because there was no DND sign. Poor check-out experience. Only positive side is the location, but definitely not worth feeling unwelcome.
What’s the point of coming to a reputable hotel chain if the standards are completely ignored?

Wat een leuk hotel We werden vriendelijk ontvangen Kamer prima met heerlijk bed Uitzicht op de straat Badkamer klein maar prima Gewoon om de beurt er gebruik van maken De kamer was heel schoon Hoewel het best druk was in het hotel was het heel rustig op de gangen Deuren sluiten heel zachtjes Ontbijt in gezellige ruimte en voldoende variatie Let op Ontbijt tot 20 uur maar dat betekent dat alles om 10 uur weggeborgen wordt! Handige lockers voor je bagage Hotel ligt heel handig ten opzichte van openbaar vervoer in een gezellige buurt met veel restaurantjes Kortom een aanrader
