Great hotel great location
The lobby bar and resto very modern and chic has a cool interior design the vibes is very trendy
But has small elevator really tiny barely fit two people with bags

All in all stay was good, window was blocked by another building which prevented light from coming in. Elevators were placed right after a ladder which caused a problem for us to lift luggage all the way to elevators. Breakfast was mediocre considering this is a 4 star hotel. Even though we felt unsafe considering some people got stolen while staying at this hotel, we haven’t gotten stolen thankfully. Reception employees had an upturned noses, they talk to customers like they are nothing.

Incredible hotel. Great location. Big, clean rooms. Ours had private balcony. Any serious music fan will enjoy this hotel (they have the only photos in existence of Pink Floyd in Pompeii hanging on the walls, a piano made in 1908, and a recording studio under the lobby). Staff were ALL vey nice, extremely helpful and spoke multiple languages which allowed flawless communication. Special thanks to Julian who showed us around the hotel as well as the studio. Great experience overall. Will be staying here again on next trip and will recommend to friends and family.

The hotel was very central to Arc de Triumph and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were lovely , friendly and welcoming , the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was tasty we had a fabulous time, the beds were comfortable, thank you
