파리 2박3일 여행 중 이곳에만 머물렀습니다. 첫날에 자고 일어나니 목에 벌레 물린 자국이 생겼지만, 베드버그가 아닐거라 생각햐 그냥 넘겼습니다. 하지만 시간이 좀 지나니 팔까지 두드러기가 퍼졌습니다. 이곳에서 머무르며 베드버그에 물렸습니다. 싼 곳에서 돈을 아끼려다가 치료비만 몇배로 나가게 되었습니다.
저처럼 되고 싶지 않다면, 돈을 좀 더 지불하더라도 청결한 곳을 찾으세요.

Overall experience is good but one thing keep in mind the hotel has no lift. So good for those who having less luggage

Absolutely horrible establishment with no sense of customer service. We were a group of 4 friends who booked 2 double rooms. We received blood stained blankets when we requested for new blankets. Room was not cleaned and consumables ( towels, tissue, showergel etc) were not replaced. One of the rooms had no fridge, no shower head and main lights were not working. When raising these issues we were met with cold, hostile receptionists, in particular the young boy who refused to disclose his name.

Tout d’abord à notre arrivée la personne de l’accueil était affalée sur sont siège jambes croisées, puis arrivés dans la chambre, nous avions demandé un lit double et au final on se retrouve avec deux matelas 1 personne. ensuite des cheveux sur les draps tache marrons suspectes sur les rideaux, ensuite côté salle de bain robinet complètement arraché, douche et murs très sal cuvette de wc cassé, et ensuite, pour couronner le tout du bruit jusqu’à 3h du matin dans l’hôtel ( bruits de pas , les gens ont parlé excessivement fort , portes qui claque , rire ) vue le prix pas dutout acceptable. De plus lorsque nous avons remarqué l’état de la chambre, nous sommes descendus alerter le personnel d’accueil (toujours affalé sur sa chaise, jambes croisés sur le bureau) il nous as répondu « ok, merci ». Les photos parlent d’elles mêmes !!!!

2 points positifs:literie et douche ...pour le reste,très mauvaise acoustique,prenez des bouchons d oreilles Ménage très moyen Petit déjeuner pas près a l' heure,yaourt périmés de 12 jours... Odeurs de clope dans la salle petit déjeuner.... Pour 50 EUR la nuit ça pourrait passer mais là on est a 90 EUR Je déconseille

Our stay here was great. For couples looking for a budget friendly hotel near the Eiffel tower and metro station, this one is really good. There are restaurants, convenience store and laundromat just around the hotel.
There are no elevators, but the staff who greeted us when we checked-in was kind enough to let us choose whether we want to have a room on the 1st floor ir higher floors. We chose to stay on the ground floor since we have a heavy luggage, though I think the rooms upstairs will have a great view of the Eiffel Tower.
Highly recommended!
