Il y a deux nuits, j'ai eu la malchance de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Mon agence avait réservé, comme d'habitude, une chambre double à usage unique. À mon arrivée, j'ai constaté que l'on m'avait attribué la chambre 001, située dans le hall de l'hôtel, à trois mètres de la réception. Lorsque j'ai ouvert la porte, il y avait quelques canapés en face de moi, la présence d'autres clients était donc courante. Lorsque j'ai remarqué le bruit, j'ai demandé à changer de chambre et on m'a dit que je devais changer de chambre et payer la différence. On m'a assuré que c'était une rue calme et qu'il n'y aurait pas de bruit, mais la tête de lit était à coté d'une pizzeria ouverte jusqu'à minuit. Le réceptionniste de l'hôtel lui-même parlait à un volume très élevé aux premières heures du matin. Je n'ai pas pu dormir. J'ai trouvé la chambre indigne. La pire expérience que j'ai eue depuis des années.

Absolutely a new favourite in Paris! Travelled with children, location is perfect, quiet street, staff is super friendly and helpful, property wonderful and the amenities exquisite.

We love this neighborhood and the Hotel Gramont is perfectly situated close to the action but on a quiet side street. The staff is excellent - helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The rooms are lovely and comfortable with great beds and excellent showers!

Exceptional location. The staff speak Spanish fluently. The room was really clean and there was a present for the children. There are a lot of Asian restaurant around and Wine Bar near. If you need you have a Carrefour express beside. The breakfast is tasty. We will back.

Super Service, für die Größe des Hotels ein sehr gutes Frühstück, immer Kaffee und Croissants frei Sehr gute Lage, wir haben alles zu Fuß erlaufen, Metro wäre aber in der Nähe Zimmer sauber, sehr guter Service Personal spricht französisch und englisch, alles wird sehr gut erklärt, bei Bedarf könnte man Karten für den Louvre bestellen

Accueil sympathique , personnel souriant . J’ai eu l’agréable surprise d’être surclassé . Suite très agréable , avec un espace pour travailler .Grande salle de bain avec très grande baignoire et douche . Petit déjeuner très agréable et varié .
