Very average
Disadvantages: We are given a two-story loft. The first floor has almost no foot space except for the bed. It is difficult to put our large and small suitcases. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. The cleaning staff can hear very clearly when they are working outside. A five-star rating does not even include the door. There is no door for children. Very heavy. Room facilities are old.
Advantages: The location is quite good. Everything is nearby and the subway is very close. The price is acceptable. The attitude of the front desk is okay.

The hotel is of good quality for Paris standards, with a renovated and modern atmosphere, as well as pleasant staff. However, one of our Airpods was stolen from our room and despite informing the staff, no action was taken. We have since seen the stolen item running on the streets of Paris. Additionally (and ironically), the hotel charges for daily room service, which ended up costing us over $300 including the stolen item cost. It is possible that the theft occurred because we left the door open for a service person to enter, but ultimately, the hotel staff cannot be fully trusted and they did not take any action to address the theft.

The people and service were amazing, the hotel was very clean and we were provided with constant 5 star service. I felt very special for my birthday with decorations, delicious complimentary wine and cake. We had a huge terrace balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Very spacious and comfortable beds etc. Location is great and right in the middle of everything while not being in a busy or inconvenient spot. Very sad to leave. We will be back!

Christmas in Paris is always a good idea. We booked a large room with a balcony facing the Eiffel Tower. I had asked them to do something special and they decorated the bed with flowers, the bathroom with roses and kept some fresh chocolates on our arrival. They also had a very welcoming card wishing us on our anniversary. We had a great experience settling in. During the stay the staff was extremely helpful with giving extra bottles of water, cleaning the room more than once a day.

The hotel itself is modern and very clean. Housekeeping staff does a really good job cleaning the rooms. They tidy in the morning and another turn down at night. With all the walking around the city, we appreciated coming back with water in the room. The hotel does have some croissants early in the morning with lemon water or bottled water in the morning through the day. Location was centrally located, right between the Arc and the Louvre. The staff was amazing, from bellman to front desk to restaurant staff. Shout out to our girl Sarah, who made sure we were comfortable and assisted us with needs and requests. She definitely made our stay warm and pleasurable! Thanks Sarah!
