Everything was good until we got a neighbor and we found that rooms are not sound proof. The gym also was a joke. But the staff and location were perfect. Beds were curved and hard to sleep

Great location walking to all the shopping!! - more like 4 star hotel ( also random but worst bedding/sheets I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.)

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff very friendly, they gave me a room upgrade for the first time, and it was very spacious and cozy. I received 2 welcome glasses of champagne, and overall it was a pleasant experience staying there.

well appointed and excellent service. the breakfast is more than you can eat (3 options which include just the buffet which is plenty and tasty). all the staff were kind. the bar tender is particularly friendly. easy walk to RER station, arc de triomphe etc. we walked to eiffel tower, notre dame, louvre, orvay, orangerie etc. no complaints!
